Apply for Free SSL Certificates

CertOne is committed to providing users with free SSL certificate application, automated renewal, automated deployment, automated monitoring and other services, while also offering professional SSL certificate applications. Our goal is to promote the popularization and application of SSL certificates, helping users use certificate services with zero barriers, simplicity, and efficiency, building secure internet applications.

All free SSL certificates in CertOne are issued by Let's Encrypt and trusted by all major browsers. Let's Encrypt is a world-renowned free, open, and automated certificate authority operated by the Internet Security Research Group (ISRG), a non-profit organization. Let's Encrypt has provided SSL certificates for 450 million websites worldwide, and can be used with confidence.

All paid SSL certificates in CertOne are issued by Sectigo (formerly Comodo). It is the world's leading CA brand in terms of SSL certificate market share. Its products are secure, widely compatible, and competitively priced, earning the trust and popularity of many website owners.

Let's Encrypt officially provides a solution for automatic certificate renewal, but there are several issues:

  • Only command-line mode is available, which is inconvenient and unintuitive for users unfamiliar with command-line interfaces
  • Automatic renewal can only update one node. If certificates are used on multiple nodes, they cannot be automatically synchronized and require manual synchronization
  • Cannot automatically deploy to cloud service providers' load balancers, CDN or certificate lists, or Docker containers, etc.

To solve these three problems, CertOne provides users with a user-friendly certificate management interface for easy certificate application and management; adds automatic renewal and automatic deployment features that can automatically deploy to multiple nodes after certificate renewal, including Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Synology NAS, Baidu Intelligent Cloud, Qiniu Cloud, Doge Cloud, and Baota Panel's load balancers, CDN or certificate lists, as well as NGINX, HTTPD, OpenResty containers, etc., achieving truly worry-free certificate renewal management.

1. User-Friendly Management Interface

CertOne provides users with a user-friendly SSL certificate management interface. Through the management interface, users can easily apply for, view, and revoke SSL certificates, manage domain authorization verification, and configure certificate deployment nodes.

2. Pre-Expiration Certificate Reminders

CertOne provides users with free pre-expiration certificate reminder services. If users set certificates to automatic notification mode before expiration, CertOne will send email reminders before certificate expiration. If users have not enabled automatic renewal mode, they can manually renew in time after receiving the notification.

3. Automatic Pre-Expiration Renewal

CertOne provides users with automatic pre-expiration certificate renewal services. If users set certificates to automatic renewal mode before expiration, CertOne will proactively renew certificates from [Let's Encrypt](https://letsencrypt.org/) or [Sectigo (formerly Comodo)](https://www.sectigo.com/) before expiration and promptly notify users of renewal results.

4. Automatic Cloud Node Deployment

CertOne provides users with automatic deployment services after certificate renewal. If users set certificates to automatic deployment mode after renewal, certificates will be automatically deployed to user-configured deployment nodes after each automatic renewal, including API interfaces, Webhook, SSH, and Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Synology NAS, Qiniu Cloud, Doge Cloud, Baota Panel's load balancers, CDN or certificate lists, as well as NGINX, HTTPD, OpenResty containers and custom containers, and can be configured to deploy to multiple nodes simultaneously.

5. DNS Authorization-Free Mode

CertOne provides users with DNS authorization-free mode, meaning users do not need to provide authorization for DNS service providers' add/delete resolution record interfaces, making it safer and more reassuring for users. When creating certificates, select DNS authorization-free mode, and simply add the specified CNAME resolution record to your domain resolution to achieve automatic certificate renewal without requiring DNS service provider authorization for resolution record interfaces.

6. Multi-Site Certificate Monitoring

CertOne provides users with multi-site certificate monitoring and certificate expiration alert services, supporting monitoring of specified domains, IPs, and ports. If site certificates are about to expire, automatic expiration alerts will be sent to users, reminding them to pay attention to and handle related site certificates in time. Currently, multiple alert notification methods are supported, including email, DingTalk, Enterprise WeChat, Slack, Discord, Teams, etc.
